Operating in Jinjiang, Quanzhou, China since 2008, Jinjiang Naike Gifts Co., Ltd. combines heavy injection machinery, cleanroom silicone robotics, in-house precision steel mold tooling, and certified social compliance (Disney FAMA, Coca-Cola SGP, Sedex SMETA).
20,000+ m² Integrated Production Campus
Our modern campus comprises four specialized manufacturing zones: raw polymer blending and drying, high-speed automated servo injection molding, robotic 2K liquid silicone rubber (LSR) overmolding, and dust-controlled assembly and secondary packaging lines.
With over 280 skilled technicians, 18 dedicated mold tooling engineers, and 24 full-time QC inspectors, our facility operates on rigorous 5S lean manufacturing principles, ensuring lot-level traceability from incoming resin bags to outgoing palletized containers.
1. High-Speed Servo Injection Molding Hall
Equipped with 36 high-precision Haitian servo hydraulic injection machines ranging from 90T to 480T clamping force. Automated 3-axis servo robotic arms handle high-speed part extraction, sprueless hot runner gating, and zero human skin contact with food-contact surfaces.
- Closed-loop computerized central drying and pneumatic resin feed system.
- Cycle times optimized between 18s to 32s for multi-cavity bento molds.
- Zero regrind policy for virgin food-contact customer programs.
2. 2K Robotic Liquid Silicone (LSR) Sealing
12 dedicated liquid silicone injection molding units executing automated dual-shot overmolding. Silicone gaskets are chemically bonded directly into the polypropylene lid groove, permanently preventing mold growth crevices, gasket roll-over, or customer loss.
- Platinum-cure medical-grade liquid silicone (LFGB & FDA certified).
- Eliminates manual gasket assembly labor and human contamination.
- Hermetic sealing integrity certified to 15 PSI underwater test.
3. In-House Precision Steel Mold Tooling Center
Full in-house toolroom housing high-speed CNC machining centers, Sodick slow-wire EDM cutting machines, and Charmilles mirror spark EDM units. Tooling cavity inserts are machined from imported NAK80 and S136 hardened stainless steels (HRC 48–52).
- ±0.02mm gasket groove tolerance control across 4-cavity tools.
- 48-hour functional 3D SLA prototype sample turnaround.
- 15–20 calendar days from CAD approval to first T1 pilot shot.
4. Cleanroom Assembly & Automated Packaging
8 streamlined packaging lines featuring ultrasonic welding, automated pad printing, laser barcode etching, shrink wrapping, and carton carton-sealing checkweighers to prevent short-shipments.
- Positive pressure air-filtration in primary assembly halls.
- Inline metal detection and optical vision seal inspection cameras.
- Barcode scanner verification matching customer master carton labels.
1.5MW Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic Generation
In 2022, we commissioned a 1.5-megawatt rooftop photovoltaic solar generation system across our 20,000 m² facility roof. Generating over 1.85 million kWh of clean electricity annually, the system powers 60% of our daily injection molding operations.
This green infrastructure offsets 1,280 metric tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions each year, directly supporting European and North American brand clients in meeting Scope 3 ESG carbon reporting mandates.
Direct 60km Express Highway to Xiamen Port
Our manufacturing plant in Jinjiang is located just 60 km from Xiamen International Container Terminal (Haitian and Songyu terminals), one of the world's top 15 container container hubs.
Container drayage from our factory loading bays to the terminal gate takes less than 60 minutes via express highway. This eliminates expensive domestic inland freight, avoids transshipment delays, and ensures on-time vessel cut-off adherence even during peak holiday shipping rushes.
